The wardrobe cupboards you used in the closets were actually china cabinets. Some people call them hutches. You put crockery or fancy dinnerware in them. Aside from that, I liked how the house came out.

Congratulations on selling the manor! It looked beautiful. You deserved to earn more than you did on that sale, imo. Also, I’d personally prefer to see the forest house you mentioned, or at least a place that’s smaller than the house you just sold. Just to change things up a bit. I hope you feel better soon!

I don't think there is a cap on the profit you can make selling houses, I have made over 100k on several larger properties, 200k on a few and a mega 579,900 on the Desolate Villa, what you might find interesting is that NONE of them had outlets, radiators or AC fitted - go figure!

You did pick the highest bid, so no worries there. I like the idea of the cottage, it looked like a good one, and an open floor plan might work for it. Really enjoyed the way you did this house. I turned my version into two one bedroom apartments, and it wasn't a bad sell, but this was far better.

If you build a house with more than one bedroom, should there be more bathrooms and toilet. Especially bathrooms with more than one sink? Buildingtips: Windows and doors on same hight. Instead of balcony build an overhang 1e floor. Me living in Europe, you probably in The States?! We use in kitchens for about 20 years with cookingtops with recirculation. Microwave is integrated in oven. Fridge is always build in like diswasher. Taps are integrated with cold, hot and really hot water ( Quooker). But.....I do like your videos.

I loved what you did to this property but was really shocked at the low sale price. I changed a few walls and added two bedrooms in a basement and got 240k

ok now it's like a fancy hotel or inn, rather than a house. with all the matching furniture. you'd think if it was a house people would have different stuff in each room but i can understand the time saver of copy paste.

man I hope PlayWay S.A. pays you for playing and advertising essentially 9/10 of every game they've published. granted i know they pump out games that we all like, but at some point you're making them money since I'm sure i'm not the only one that only knows about these games from your channel haha. keep up the good work grill, excited for more videos to come

@@Grillmastah yeah frozen district is the developer but PlayWay is the publisher, they've published everything from house flipper to house builder, beer factory, dinosaur fossil hunter. tons of games you've played over the years. it's kind of wild the amount of games they've published that have been played on this channel

Shame that there appears to be a limit when selling. But now you have a target to shoot for I guess? Can play to maximize profit on the next house, or see how decked out you can do the next one while just barely turning a dollar profit.

Sone reason I like watching your videos even though I'd never have you decorate my house lol. But you miss alot of stuff. Like around the round windows in the green and purple room there's still brick showing next to it in the curved window area and in the purple room you forgot to remove the black piece from the round window. But in all seriousness I enjoy watching your videos but at times it does give me anxiety when I notice that stuff lmao.

do you have adhd??? Ive watched the whole series on this house from my yt recommended and watching you start one thing and then move on the something else then also stop and plan out something new really was giving adhd vibes. (not hate) but love the series gonna subscribe. awesome videos.

Just do your own thing. My opinion only is, if you choose a colour take 2 teint lighter. Looks much nicer.

My wife and I are wondering why you didn’t utilize the view out to the ocean by placing a deck/balcony on the front of the house with a BBQ, table and chairs etc… same with windows, you used small windows so was wondering your thought process on not using floor to ceiling windows that showed off the view….

I blame brain fog from being sick the past few recordings for some lol and the front I just didnt realize how little space I had to work with. Invisible walls were too close
