So happy for koa!! My daughter is speech delayed n has autism.. 9 years old. And I had her in therapy and school since age 3... You will see such improvement as days pass . Especially when he starts school. It helped her socialize as well.. Always keep in mind when you move to look at what schools are near and services for him.. you guys are such a beautiful family ❤️

Properties are never going to loose value. Compare the prices from before the 2000s to now, even when we hit depression, houses/land will never loose its value. I got so frustrated, a lot of doctors told me my son was so behind because he was 4 and only saying a very few select words. I got him into speech therapy, and within 8 months, he was putting 3 or more words together, making sentences, and from that point just took off doing absolutely amazing, and my boy definitely beat a lot of doctors. Advice?hey, kept telling me he was always gonna be behind and there was something wrong with my kid basically, and my boy prove them wrong, times a billion, I can definitely see koa is such a smart boy he's gonna do amazing, you guys are awesome parents❤❤❤

My son currently has to go for a sleep deprived abr , in order to go to the next step for his hearing aids. & my daughter is in speech therapy. I totally understand what you say, when you’re a parent YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR KID IS SAYING. I’m happy that y’all are open about that. But continue. Bc there’s people like me out there that relate ❤

I totally understand the whole moving away from family. Me and my husband moved from VA to Florida recently 6 months now and its been super hard trying to work full time without daycare or family . Our son is 2 too ❤ my family is begging us to come back but i havent been this happy back home ❤

Koko bean has this! My youngest is about to be 7 yrs old and they said hes excelling in Kindergarten aside from speech. Sometimes its hard to understand what he is trying to say. Hes above grade level in math, science, technology. So dont worry that his speech will hinder him. You two are phenomenal parents and Koko bean is so precious!

Van life in New England from Rhode Island, Massachusetts, up to Main, New Hampshire, Vermont and down to New York and back to Rhode Island and fly home.

Do a Van trip around Texas!!! From Dallas take I-45 south all the way to Houston and then down to the coast and you’ll hit Galveston Island, home of Juneteenth and many other historical landmarks and events. So much to do and the best food! Not the prettiest ocean like California but definitely worth the visit! 🤍

They blessed to have the choice to get up and move whenever so blessings and prayers to them ❤ if we all had the money for it pretty sure we’d find our dream place to move to

Consider living somewhere other than LA , I feel like you will loveee the Coachella valley , it’s perfect and you avoid all the traffic!

I moved to phx from OC and the weather is AMAZING 4 months out of the year but the other 6-7 months are horrible lol and the schools aren’t great at all.. I have a 3 2 and 1 yr old. And im in neighborhood watches on fb and people even complain too lol unless you move to scottsdale!!!!! Amazing schools over there and lots of English/Spanish immersion schools. It’s like a mini Orange County ❤️ and lots of trees help the heat lol
