Рецепта
Брашно около 900- гр
-400 гр за корите
-200-300 гр за плънката
-100 гр при точене на корите
3-4 яйца
Вода , сол и олио за намазване на тавата
Точат се 4 кори ,приготвя се сместа ( плънката ) 3- яйца+брашно+вода и сол . Сместа е подобна като за палачинки .Поставя се 1- кора в намазнена тава залива се с брашнената смес ( плънка ) пече се на котлона или печката , като позасъхне плънката и порозовее коричката отдолу се поставя 2- кора и се обръща . Пак се залива с брашнената смес и се повтаря до последната кора .
