Hi guys
We are a group of fun loving people who love to travel for food. We are basically from Bangalore in Karnataka and my native is Chennai in Tamil Nadu. We mostly keep travelling and explore the best restaurants and the best nonveg hotels around Bangalore and Chennai in Tamil Nadu.
Our Channel is mainly focused on food reviewing , cooking some wonderful recipes which were really good at restaurants and parenting skills with our experience.
Our channel is basically in Tamil and we can speak multiple languages .
We would love to travel through out India to explore new variety of food or dishes to learn there culture and there regional cuisine.

I tried I got very good result... Thanks sir..❤❤❤❤❤.. I used only 40 grams of China yeast.... I used 6 kg of graphs 4 kg sugar only 15 days I got super wine......

There many methods in wine preparation. Avoid yeast as much as possible, we do wine without using yeast, similar semma wine kedakkum....avoid plastic can ( porcelain bottles are best) , keep in dark place. Similar to grapes all other fruits also can be used to prepare wine....

Dear Sandeep, I agree with you, fermentation doesn’t require yeast to added. What we used to do , cleaned and dried grapes leave in porcelain container for 14 days without touching it ( sugar 1kg sugar: 1 kg grape, without adding water) . 15th we will stir it on alternative days until ( never use metal spoons), 21st day,filter it and store in dark place and in bottles . This is the way we prepare.

Sandeep Raj try my recipe next time, it’s from my personal experience . We used to give to our kids as well. I don’t deny what you says. However, without yeast also it is possible to do. I live here in the land of wine and liquor.

Liked ur video. I have used 6 kg grapes, 0.5 kg honey and 1kg sugar, 1 litre water to top off. The result is extremely dark wine. It's 3 months young wine but ready to drink. Some spices made the taste heavenly.

Good job ..liked your video. I too make wine at home , but I don't use spices . Just grapes boiled n cooled water with sugar added in the boiled water, a small spoon yeast and 1/4 kg wheat .. The outcome of the wine take take 45 days and the colour in light maroon . No coloring added ...

My dad lives in saudi and alcohol is illegal there so he used to make his own wine during Christmas time so he could enjoy an alcoholic drink. This video reminds me of that. Bro, As you said .. after 5 days needs to be filter nd then after 24 days only Wine is ready for consume. Ok my question is after 5 days, nd filter....need to remove the pipe right?? And during 24 days where should we keep this filtered wine?? What is temperature to be maintained??

First filter out the unwanted grape particles by passing through clean clothes.....then let the remaining fluid (wine) settle for 1 day ,siphon out fluid leave the remaining sludge(yeast) beneath while siphoning .....here u hv pure wine .....if u want carbonation add 50gram of sugar (as per the vedios scale don't add too much sugar it will make the container explode),keep it for 2 days.......wine tastes better while ageing u can age by waiting for 2 or 3 years or u can distill it to get more concentrated (it wont be wine anymore )

I'm not a pro wine maker. But I've seen Wine yeast (Red Star brand) one small packet which is only 5 grams is enough for 20 - 23 liters. I think 40 grams of yeast for 6 liters is too much bro.

Hi Bro, it's Sharvan. I made some research about wine making. They use potassium sorbate to cease the ferment and meta bi sulphate to arrest the oxygen. And some chemical to clear the liquid. Hai brotherz... I'm follow all the steps exactly... But I just use brown colour sugar (nathusakkarai) then brewer yeast... This is my second day... But no bubble coming.... Did I done anything wrongly?

Just FYI . Active Yeast is not a good option. You do have champagne, beer east you have to use that yeast. For air. You have something called Airlock is available you can use that also.
