@@paulmakau6083 I had just bought a new car at the time and a friend recommended I put it on car hire. So I took it there and filled out the contract na nikamuachia gari. Mistake I did was to trust them to install car track for me too(they did that too). He paid the first month vizuri, ya pili alachelewesha kidogo. The third month he started not paying, by the fifth month they had refused to pay, so I asked for my car back. I reported to Kilimani police station,weee kumbe the guy had other more than 20 cases similar to mine. Karao nao ni nani,kutuzungusha tu. This went on for a while, I tried different police stations but didn't get any help. A friend of mine I schooled with learnt of my ordeal and shared my story with another friend who's mom was an MCA. When she heard this she offered to helped, akanitumia CID from headquarters and within a week my car was found. All this happened when I was pregnant hadi nkapata mtoi and was struggling. But eventually they guy was caught and jailed,pesa yangu ilirudi but a small percentage he refused to pay. I was ok with that,kitu I wanted was my car back. Be careful na hawa watu,do your research kwanza.
