First time in my life I had to use 0.5x 🤣 (that's actually good I think because it's usually harder to go through long videos with diluted informations rather than slowing down, rewinding something packed with information) Great setup, thanks for sharing!

Awesome. Wonder if you could do the same for an Arm Rig? Very hard to find well-spoken and concise videos on rigging, especially at an intermediate/semi-pro level

i i love this video but was wondering about the ball rool? if the toe heel moves and the bank, what is the ball roll for?

The ball roll is for when you want your character to be e.g. standing on their toes, or when pushing off during a walk or a run. You can't get that kind of pose by only rolling over the toe, you need to roll over the ball joint. They might not be a ballerina, so the phrase "standing on their toes" is not meant to be taken literally. When people are standing on their toes they are usually standing on the ball of their foot.
