No, that's not it. He just uses his left leg because he's gay, and likes the new cheap and fast style of scoring rather than the old clean manly and direct style that Aaron uses for example. I mean wtf is that bullshit where you get head points with a shitty technique like that at 4:15? It used to matter how clean you execute a head kick before being awarded a point. Now it seems you just have to touch your opponents head, no matter how, and you get points for that.

+David part of the point of taekwondo is proper application of force and NOT beating your opponent to a bloody pulp.

I know right? It used to be: you got 2 points for a headkick(a clean one) and an extra point if the opponent got counted. Now you get 3 from the start just for touching the top of his head with your sole thru god knows what technique that doesn't even exist to begin with in taekwondo. No wonder taekwondo got so ugly in competitions, everyone geting their front legs up all the time and going for the easy points.

I agree on the matter with touchkwondo ,in my opinion an adjustment of the helmet sensibility would do the trick
