What are your thoughts on digital vs analog sound. Is there really that big of a difference. People talk poorly about CDs but i like them

I don't really care. I am not that anal about that shit. I know some people are. I grew up with CDs, therefore I like collecting CDs. LPs are a novelty for me. I like owning a piece of pre-owned/loved items.

There is 1000% a difference, but what is almost as important is what you're listening to the music through. Listening to a vinyl record through a cheap mono speaker is obviously not going to sound as good as a CD through a hi-fi system... but yes, there is a difference, but a lot of it is just preference.
