I am not a string player but I am a tai chi practitioner and instructor ( beginner level) . Tai chi has altered my posture and released muscle tension and improved my gait. KIM did a fantastic job explaining the exercises and the reasons for them and I am sure there are other people who would benefit from the ones she has devised for violin or viola players.

I cannot express how immensely helpful this seminar was for me! Thank you so much for sharing these techniques and insights with the masses. Invaluable advice for both Beginners and Advanced players. A balanced and relaxed body is essential,but too often overlooked: especially in a stressful professional environment. The concept of working backwards from the Left hand Fourth finger is a game changer. Thank you so much Kim.
