dude you saved my life just before my tour. i didnt pressed the middle button long enough for the configuration menu to pop up. very misleading from SENA that the headset is trying to connect before that

Well done that man! The User Manual didn’t make clear the need to continue holding down the raised centre button until after it had moved to config menu. You did. Thanks!

Amazing that I have viewed many KZfaq vids and read numerous modifications needed to my s21 Samsung cell phone, and could not find the correct buttons to push to pair with my Neotec 2 helmet. Until I saw your video! It worked perfectly and my cell is now paired! Thank you sir for assisting me with this problem!

Thank you so much for your video! I started to be really frustrated with my brand new SRL2 till the moment I found your video. As many others I believe, I simply didn’t pressed the button long enough to enter the configuration menu !

Thanks for this.. I fell exactly in to the trap you outlined.. I held the button for 12 seconds and when it said "Pairing mode" thought that was for my phone and didn't realise that was for another helmet.. You have to keep the button pressed, after the 12 seconds, to get the configuration menu. Would have never figured that out from the setup guide... Many thanks!!

i nearly never answered to anything on youtube, but this video + your comment was just DOPE.... i spend months, no, years to find out how to connect to my new phone. tried so many hours and still using my old phone for the headset.... Press 12s, AFTER "pairing" hold the button 3more seconds to get into "configuration menu". Press +.... and its done. now i can find it on bluetooth. Much thanks and much love.

Thanks for the review. You saved me some time in setting this up. It wasn't the easiest of things to setup as I'm deaf so I couldn't hear the voice prompts from the internal speakers. Got there in the end. The internal speakers sit closely enough to my ears that I could use it with no real problems.

Thanks so much for this clear explanation. The Sena voice menu isn't intuitive, I stopped pressing when I heard the "headset pairing" voice alert thinking it was in pairing mode - rather than holding for a couple more seconds to wait for the configuration menu

I still can't pair mine. When I press the raised button for 12 seconds it goes red but nothing happens when I press the plus button within 2 seconds as per the instructions. I cant get it to flash red and blue. Also, when my phone does eventually find it, it says something like 'pairing not accepted' Any ideas? It's brand new and not been paired before. Thanks Stu

You probably just need to hold the button a little longer - longer than what seems correct...

I’ll try over and over , nothing, want pair and the red/blue lights don’t match yours . Frustrating the list and that’s why i love my cardo . Better sound and easy to pair . Thank you anyway for the video

There is an app from Sena to make it "easier", but my phones are connected without any app, just by using Bluetooth.

You stopped me from going crazy. like @danjo_hh I too didn't hold the button long enough as I couldn't find the instruction to do so; only headset pairing. Sena need to rethink their Quick Guide.
