Common sense and logic lang ang kailangan para maintindihan ang mali at tama para sa case ito! A clear violation of the mentioned law regarding authorization resulting to unauthorized release of prisoners. The competence to interpret the law and the ability to perceive the law in such way, that the action from the interpretation of the law must lead to an action, which is in accordance to the said law. In this case, the "guideline" has not been followed, which has lead to multiple violations leading to the illumination of hidden misconduct within the Bucor. The parties presented themselves as being fully aware of their responsibility, but unaware of any anomalies within the Bucor. Now, bringing wind into the case directing it to a level to be interpreted by using natural law instead of the positve law, did not work. No matter what the parties say, they have commited an unauthorized release of prisoners. The release is clearly against the law. Maybutas lang ang batas, only if hindi nakasulat sa batas ang points which will fully support the rules and regulation (which could be contest by the parties using other law/s which could conflict the law/s which they have violated, which might sets a limition to the crafted law etc..), but disregaring the cohesion of laws to serve ones advantage legally. The used basis to release the prisoners is very very weak or insignificant as well as the process has not followed the protocol. Of course they may have partially followed the protocol/s, split into multiple signees in behalf of the usec with the intension to deceive and mislead and most importantly to try to weaken the liability of the principal signee or those who have signed in behalf of the principal signee. Since, the prisoners have been "released" sa public, the constitutional law has been activated (public law), pero only for those who are really a "freeman". Since the release of prisoners is unauthorized which is also unfair/unjust, there should not be a due process at all. An immediate action has to be made to catch the fugitives and bring them back to jail, before they commit new crimes in the public again. These idiots have set fear into the public! And full force of the law should be applied to the parties involved. Their chance is very small of getting out of it. Even though they try to mislead the committee by trying to bring the committee to their level of understanding regarding the rules and regulations. Since they are working in the government : "INGNORANCE DOES NOT PROTECT FROM PUNISHMENT" So, you guys cannot win time by trying to connect the constituional law to the case due to insignificant basis! The virtous of the parties invited does not comform to the law they must follow. The law is ineffective, when the moral of the people does not coincide or correspond in nature with the crafted law. But since the moral of the people correspond in nature with the law, the law has its full potential, which leads to activate the criminal law regarding the unauthorized or illegal release of criminals into the public by the Bucor! Why criminals? Because it was an illegal release of prisoners. Due to it was indeed an illegal release of prisoners, the constitutional law (which would protect them, only if their release would be authorized and legal) cannot be activated in such case!
