Re the current TikTok bill targeted much more appropriately, as in not "comprehensive," it is a major improvement--however: I am concerned about the provision that leaves it up to the POTUS alone to decide which platforms are "foreign owned" by a foreign adversary country, and that the DC courts are designated as the ONLY trier of facts. When the POTUS is an R, the DC courts, entirely and exclusively Ds, will tie his hands. When the POTUS is a D, the DC courts will rubberstamp all he wants. I hope to hear more about this being addressed in the days to come before it is voted on. God bless you and yours.
