SENATOR LEE YOU ARE SO CORRECT YET AGAIN. YOU KNOW ME AND MY SISTER HAD TO PURCHASE SECURITY EQUIPMENT BECAUSE WE LIVE IN A SANCTUARY TOWN AND BECAUSE OF ALL WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE BORDER AND ALSO INTERNATIONALLY WE DON'T FEEL SAFE IN OUR OWN HOMES OR IN THE TOWN WE LIVE. THAT IS A SHAME. ME AND MY FAMILY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR MUCH NEEDED INTELLIGENCE IN WASHINGTON DC AND FOR FIGHTING ON BEHALF OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. WE STAND WITH YOU ON SO MANY ISSUES. Thank you Senator Mike Lee for standing up for the hard working people of this country that fund the government spending and all of its ludicrous waste of our hard earned money. You are absolutely right. Secure our homeland first. Make our borders secure and the people who live in them. Make these people in office be accountable for every dollar they spend so freely like we have to just to survive this increased cost of living. If i lived in your state you would definitely have my vote this November 🇺🇸

CASE IN POINT $100 DOLLAR JEANS FOR SALE IN AMERICA BUT IN INDIA SAME JEANS $10 IN US DOLLARS. THESE WERE DESIGNER NAME BRAND JEANS. THESE WERE NOT KNOCK OFFS OR COPY CAT JEANS. NOW WHEN I SHOP I DON'T HARDLY RECOGNIZE ANY OF THE BRAND NAMES FOR CERTAIN ITEMS. ALSO SHIPPING COSTS KEEP GOING UP BECAUSE MORE OF OUR MERCHANDISE IS COMING IN FROM OTHER COUNTRIES. Respectfully, Sen. Lee's arguments on aid Ukraine are contradictory. Standing up for people fighting for their families, homes, and country logically only strengthens the concept of securing our own borders. Sen. Lee should recall a primary tenant of President Ronald Reagan - Each bill should stand on its own merits when he advocated the line item veto. That said, the provisions for fiscal responsibility and prevention of corruption in providing that aid introduced by Senator Lee are to be praised. In the end, the USA should be a reliable ally for efforts to establish and preserve freedom and to aid others, as we are able, to protect their families and homes.

Senator Lee is calling out the hypocrisy of congress. Least they could do is actually pass a bill that would secure funding for border security. Wasteful spending as always, aswell as put us on the brink of a wider war instead of using diplomacy. So yes, I do clap for Lee since he defended the priorities of American people!

Lee in this speech once again is standing in front of objection and stands for what so many Americans have been asking for which is long overdue. The priorities of most congressmen and women is they care more about funding overseas conflicts that they helped provoke rather than even addressing our country's citizens and the dire need for security.
