I think this might be the perfect solution for an "out of the box" usecase for our debt collection workflow. we are creating cards for customers and butler is moving the cards through the lists on a time basis. at specific lists we want to send out automatic emails to customers. this video helped me a lot. thanks!

This sounds great! One question: Can I communicate with other board members to ask questions in the comments section of the cards? And can I still document something in my own comments - without sending an email - like in totally normal cards without Sendboard?

Absolutely! You can collaborate with team members and use comments as usual - it won't be included in the emails you send.

This is such a great power-up. We are looking for the feature to be able to send automated emails on certain dates during the month with a Client Task Checklist outlining all the information they need to send us each month. Is this possible in any way?

How do I export the contacts I registered in the tool to keep on file with the registered name and phone number?

Is there a way to draw the email from crmble custom fields rather then custom fields?

Sorry we missed your comment. No unfortunately not. Although it might be useful, we don't have API access to interact with other Power-Ups.

Hi Vladimir. Yes, you can definitely add attachments when sending emails from Trello. And inbound email file attachments are visible within the Power-Up view and also added as Trello card attachments.

@@sendboard7156 too good to be true:) I need to try this! Our use case is that we have a law company and each card is a request we need to complete. There is a deliverable (a document uploaded by our attorneys) we need to send to our client and a bunch of data we add to custom fields. So we would want to make a card button, which would send a pre-entered message to the client, add variables from custom fields, the document and send the document. This will save us hours of work. Do you think this is possible?

@@vladirro I think all of that is possible, except that you cannot add an attachment via an automation (card button). You can only attach a file to an outbound email if you manually open up the email thread and choose from available Saved Replies (templates). However, the way most people deal with this is by including a link in a template to download the document from Drive/Dropbox. The URL for the file could even come from a custom field.

@@sendboard7156 So it worked like a charm. We had to add a few fields to Trello cards and to slightly change our procedures (we add our files to google drive now) and everything worked out great.
