Shogun 2 is the more popular of the two because it is newer, so it's natural that more people will relate the music to Shogun 2 instead of Shogun 1. Neither party is wrong. Never played Shogun 1 myself, but judging by the responses, CA used the same music for both.

It hard to get a Proper job there, they must working overtime like a lot, even Bullying. And they dont even care for the people who fall into depresion (A.K.A most of the NEET), but treet them like weight for the society.

ritual suicide was commonplace in Samurai Japan back then to preserve their sense of honor and dignity as prescribed in their Bushido way of life...being defeated in battle was a "shamefur dispray" so rather than live and bear the shame of being a loser they chose to die instead by their own hands... by committing sudoku... I mean Seppuku...

I like to think of him as the IRL, Japanese Tywin Lannister. Old by the time he led his family to domination? Check. Politically savvy? Check. Absolutely ruthless and brutal to his enemies? Check. Willing to use underhanded means but only if he could do it without losing support? Check. Comes from the western parts of the nation in question? Check. Tied to mining of precious metals? Check (the Iwami silver mines were among the most valuable resources in Japan; the place changed hands between the Ouchi and the Amago several times, but Motonari managed to gain full control of it after he’d eradicated the Ouchi and then used his much increased power to conquer the Amago as well).

As always, great video! By the way, I really appreciate the subtitles. It's much easier to follow what is going on without having to figure out what are the names of the persons and places depicted.

Interesting to see the paralells between Mori folklore and Mongol history, with the Mori Daimyo having faced down the Amago Daimyo in a very similar tale to Jebe the Arrow, and the three arrow parabel being exactly how Genghis Khan demonstrated strength in unity to his sons. Awsome video sir now off to start a new Shogun campaign as the Mori.
