For your 2nd satellite village, I think you should keep the default name of Aspen Springs. It's a nice name and it fits with the groundwater deposits in the area.

Call the biggest village FoolsFarm. Aspen springs can be called after the name of an American town called Springfield i guess. And Beechwood Mills can be CanterField.

I think, that these remote villages can be connected to main town by bus or train, but not the other means of transport, excluding cars, bicycles, trucks, etc.

if your main city is Farmtown, then the little villages can be Pig Sty, The Coop, and Hay Barn. like areas a farm would have.

Personally, I believe a village is a satellite of a city/town and a hamlet is a satellite of a village. This inspires me to take names from Hamlet. How about naming one of the hamlets after Hamlet’s friend Horatio? Horatio Hamlet has a nice ring to it for the smallest one (#3). Miller’s Creek would be a good name for #2. For #1 maybe something like Rustic Acres.
