Is Voice of the Storm really worth using on an Ephemeral Edge build? Most of your damage is a flat number from your ES so the variance is small. Surely a decently crafted amulet (or a Greatwolf if you got one) is better.

Most of your max hit dmg is from es. Ephemeral Edge doesn't give min dmg, so Voice of the Storm is hard to beat.
