My greatest regret in life was not continuing my piano lessons after my Dad moved the family to Florida from NY in 1967. I had 4 years worth of lessons by the time I turned 14 but my parents couldn't afford it and I wasn't motivated to do it by myself. You see, I wanted to play Beatles songs but all I could get my hands on was Bach. We had the most beautiful blonde Knight upright piano (1963) that Mom gave away while downsizing decades later. Despite the many hours of, what I perceived to be torture, practicing on it I now have many fond memories of it. However, at age 70, I bought myself a keyboard for Christmas and was amazed how much I remembered! The Beatles and Boogie Woogie are my favorites! So I'm going to get keyboards for all my grandkids and insist they learn to play, like my Dad did with me. And we will be watching all of your videos together! Oh and F**k the CCP!
