Lightning Strikes does actually use your post-attack speed modifier stat, if you noticed the description says it gives you x amount of AD "per 0.1 attack speed" which is referring to your attacks per second stat, which is what that attack speed value is

Navori Flickerblades, look how they massacred my boy... used to be you could get 24% AD on hit for Senna, and a Q every 3 auto attacks which also dealt an extra 20% damage, and 70 bonus AD... now look at it, the poor thing

Lightning Strikes scales off of how many attacks per second you make, you get 2.5 AD per 0.1 attacks per second. So your characters Attack Speed scaling absolutely affects Lightning Strikes.

I like how you say you thought lightning strikes would scale off some random internal attack speed and not the champs flat attack rate despite it saying 2.5ad per .1 attack speed which is every .1 of the attack speed number in the mini stat sheet. If it said every x% attack speed I could see that but with it being saying a flat attack rate stat I dunno.

what i was referring to is the attack speed modifier -- senna only gets 20% of the value from attack speed as a stat, but as you said the ATTACK SPEED TO AD from Lightning Strikes is generated from the flat attack speed rate.

The between round banter is funny a lot of times, plus they sometimes actually voice their decision making process so its quite nice to hear why they choose certain items with certain combos.
