I just opened my first Senreve Midi Maestra bag in Mimosa Mocha. The construction and quality is wonderful . It's a beautiful bag. I was disappointed that the packaging was nothing that I would expect from a bag in this price range ($875). (Maybe I am just spoiled because I usually buy very high end bags?) I have seen numerous KZfaq videos with complaints about how the bag hangs from the handles. I haven't filled the bag with my stuff as yet, but I didn't find that it fell forward even when used as a shoulder bag. It hits me right at the hip and maybe just happens to be hanging in the right place on my 5'6" frame. The size is a little smaller than I expected, but that is fine. I was not intending to carry a laptop in it. Just a note: A standard legal pad which is 8 1/2 X 12" will NOT fit in the bag. I do agree with other KZfaqrs that the zip is rather inconvenient as it cannot be closed with one hand. The clasp is also very difficult but I have a feeling that will soften as the bag is used. Overall, a beautiful bag and there is no doubt that it will hold up with daily use which is exactly what I was hoping for. I wanted a beautiful bag that I didn't see on every women's shoulder (i.e. LV bags) that I didn't have to worry about if I actually used it for everyday use. I think I will enjoy using this bag, but I have to be honest and say I will not buy another.

Ok, I’ve had my eye on this bag for 2 years. I think it could make a great work bag. Please let me know how you like your bag after having it for a while.
