India’s benchmark index Sensex scaled a new milestone of 80K today that is on July 3rd. The 10,000 point rally from 70K in mid-December is the fastest rally in history. Among BSE500 stocks, the rally in 138 days has resulted in 20 stocks becoming multibaggers. Stocks like Cochin Shipyard, RVNL, Bharat Dynamics, HUDCO have dominated the PSU list. However, Market experts have warned investors that Sensex milestones are a journey not a destination and one must remember that the journey could also go backwards.
