Omg this saved me tonight bro For some reason when I was trying to sleep I started hearing voices which is teriffying and never happened to me before. I have family history of schizophrenia and I started new medication recently with a possible side effect of hallucinations (auditory and visual) so I was like...fuck this sucks but after watching this I feel much better and can hardly hear the voices 💗
