Thank you! I would LOVE an anti-aging routine for sensitive skin that uses the skin cycling method. I also would appreciate some niacinamide alternatives because it makes my cheeks pink and sensitive.

When I developed skin sensitivity to fragrances, Vanicream was a life saver. I mix their cream and lotion 50/50 in the palm of my hand to use because I don't like the texture the cream leaves on it's own but lotion isn't enough in the winter. Wish the gel had better hold. At the time, I never found Vanicream shampoos and such so I ordered Paula's Choice All Over Hair and Body Shampoo for my hair. Works great.

Keep an eye out for a Rosacea video. It would be nice to know what other types of products I can use on my face that won't irritate it further.

vanicream I say one true love in life since I started to use them a few years back when I started breaking out in hives and even just the water from a shower or going into the sun would make the hives and itching worse and ever since then ive been using vanicream. I use almost every single product of theirs especially the lite lotion, cream, and facial moisturizer and cleanser. the facial cleanser is a holy grail for sure never have I used a cleanser that gets rid of layers of sunscreen but doesn't dry my skin out but also gives me a nice experience of using it. I absolutely love this brand.

I've been using Vanicream fragrance-free and aluminum-free deodorant for almost a year and I love how my underarms feel! I do use another deodorant (antiperspirant) when I'm in 90F weather. But on a regular basis, Vanicream is perfect!

The Venicream cleanser is predatory drying. I have oily skin and I use Tretenoin daily. The Cerave hydrating and the LRP are much gentler imo

I really like and use a lot of Vanicream products. They are very gentle, effective and very affordable.

You forgot to mention the vanicream lotion in the pump bottle. This is my all-time favorite, I use this on my face every day before sunscreen it is so light. When I’m feeling dry on my body I take one pump of the lotion and one pump of the cream and mix them together it makes the perfect consistency as the cream is a bit heavy. I tried the new moisturizer in the tube and it irritated my skin and the lotion helped me more than any other moisturizer I have ever used to calm down my sensitive skin.

Dr. Locke, I'm 63 and just now starting to take care of my skin. 🤦‍♀️ (I know!) Can you share the correct order to apply products (a.m. and p.m.)? I think it goes like this, but not sure: 1. Cleanser 2. Essence or Toner 3. Serum or Treatment A 4. Serum or Treatment B 5. Eye Cream (pm only?) 6. Moisturizer 7. Sunscreen (a.m.) 8. Did I leave anything out? Where does exfoliation fit in? Also, how many serums can be used at once? Can they be "cocktailed" first and applied together? Or should they be layered-on individually (and if so, do you need to wait a bit between each application)? Also, I've heard that retinoids should be used at night, whereas antioxidants, peptides and alpha-hydroxy acids are best in the morning. Is that tue? It's all so confusing!

What could cause Vanicream w/ HA + Ceramides to burn though?? It was burning around the mouth area. I had this happen with elf holy hydration (fragrance free) as well. Also got pustules/comedones so I’m really confused on what product in either would cause that?? Edit: I have no issues with Hyaluronic acid or ceramides (they’re in other products of mine - never had issues).

Now I’m 29 I feel my skin oily / dry , I have open pours and rosacea . So I really need help what would be a perfect skin care for this type of skin. Americans usually have really good clear skin . I’m Brazilian (but very white) but still not that great of a skin.

I have been using the vanicream cleanser for 2 months and it makes my skin feel tight when I am done. Are used to use it 2x a day now I only use it 1 X a day because of this. I have sensitive combo/oily skin. Why would it make it feel tight? It’s the only product I have tried of their line. I am thinking of switching to a different cleanser. I’m still interested in trying out a good product to do some barrier repair, I’m wondering if the moisturizing lotion or the ointment would be better? Or something else? Thanks!

Hi! This is very random but I have recently been trying to figure out what’s going on with my skin on my legs. I’m not sure if it’s common or not but I’ve only seemed to notice it’s something genetic I received from my mother. I have white spots all over my legs, commonly mistaken for goosebumps when my friend sees or something. I normally just call them “reverse freckles”. I’m not sure how to identify them which is why I’m looking for some clarity if you’re familiar with something with this description. This is something I’m strangely insecure about and have been wanting to treat it if possible.

I didn't have good luck with vanicream products, mostly the moisturizer I'm still looking for a great gentle cleanser and moisturizer that wont irritate my face. My face is a train wreck and is suffering so much. Everything irritates it no matter what I use. My skin barrier is shot.

I will be trying the cerave resurfacing retinol soon so I wanted a sunscreen on can use everyday. Problem is I have sensitive skin and acne prone. The vanicream SPF 30 looks like it might be the one for me.

I don’t like their cleanser. For some reason it gave me little red bumps so I discontinued using it. I use their cleansing bar on my face and it works. I also is their moisturizing cream - just an FYI the cream for me is sticky on my face I pump the cream in my hand and add a little bit of water…it’s been a game changer

Hey, so I suffer from back head acne. I’m not sure how common it is, I’m not sure if it’s from past barbershops I use to go to or if it’s ingrown hairs, or if it’s something serious, but it’s really painful whenever I touch them and it’s really really embarrassing everytime I get a fresh haircut, I have had them for about 10 years, It’s just something I learned to live with but I really want to get rid of them now, can you please make a video to help, I would really appreciate it if you could make a video and help me and others get rid of them 🙏

My dermatologist recommended me the A.G.E. Interrupter and A.G.E. Interrupter Eyes from Skinceuticals as anti aging for my rosacea sensitive skin. I was wandering if this is worth the money. I tried two small samples and they feel ok but I ran out before the 12 weeks marks so I m not sure if they work + I don t have that many wrinkles yet so I m not sure how to tell if they really work for me. The eye one is sometimes a bit irritating...

Unfortunately vanicream is not available here in UAE 😢we also have very few products from cerave,cetaphil,other french skincare which are overpriced,we have QV however not sure if I’ve seen entire skincare line but there are many products but the ingredients are very simple and no hyaluronic acid i would like to see your thoughts on QV skincare

I love the cleanser but for some strange reason the new facial moisturizer really stings and burns my skin.

I guess I forgot or didn’t know vaniply was petrolatum free. I always thought it was comparable to Cerave healing ointment. Been meaning to try it for so long. Also want to try their zbar but can never find either product at my local Walmart and Walgreens

Moisturizer contains BHT chemical

Fact or fiction: hyaluronic acid pulls moisture to the surface potentially causing moisture to leave the face potentially causing skin dehydration. If false, can you tell me that hyaluronic acid doesn’t pull moisture towards the surface? I’m NOT an expert but some say it’s good and some say to avoid it because it’s not necessary and too hyped up.

Vanicream has been out of stock on their Zinc bar soap and a part of me has died inside 😭

Beware vanicream if you don’t like propylene glycol.
