Lol thats awesome, love seeing some DMV lingo getting spread around the country. (DMV is an acronym for Deleware Maryland Virginia area. I believe hes out of Virginia not too far from the DC area where I'm at. Its old old old school talk, I used to hear people using those words in the late 80's early 90's. There were actually 3 different permutations of the word Junk. You had Jink, Jank, Junk. And treacherous and trifilin were used just as much.

Ohio life sentence is 30 years... so if the judge says "life without" then, youre in for life. You get released after you're deceased. If the judge says "life with the possibility" then, you do your 30 and its up to the parole board if you get out. I know its funny how they word it but thats the way they do it. Ive got about 7 years all together in Ohios prisons and this is how it was explained to me back in the day. She'll have to do her 30 but after that there is no guarantee she'll get out. All depending on the parole board and if she gets any tickets/writeups etc. Her best bet is to walk the straightest line possible. And even then, it'll be difficult to go 30 years without anything happening in Marysville. I could be wrong about this, what the hell do I know haha

The thumbnail for this video reminded me of a weird experience I had once almost a decade ago. I was doing some travelling (in Canada) to do some military stuff and a cousin let me stay at their place. I was unfamiliar with the region and they weren't even there (they told me last minute they had to travel too), so they told me where the place was (a basement suite in some rural outskirts). Eventually I found the place and went inside. Not even five minutes later, someone was knocking at the door. I thought maybe it was the upstairs neighbour wondering who I was since obviously I was suspicious for being there... nope, it was a woman delivering for Dominoes. She insisted that she was at the right address and that I had to buy this pizza from her. It was extremely strange and she wouldn't leave until I kept arguing with her that I didn't order any pizza. It was completely out of the blue and had my sixth senses going off, and looking back at it they really had that cop feel to them like it was some kind of undercover deal (the woman also looked like a middle-aged cop, fit and all, nothing like any pizza delivery driver I've ever seen). I have a background in security and it really made me think what it would take to impersonate a pizza delivery driver in order to gain access/information.

Reminds me of one time on Cops they told the woman who loved her abusive boyfriend that she called the cops on that "he shot himself." She breaks down sobbing thinking the worst. When in reality during a struggle he shot himself in the outer thigh. He was totally stable but she thought he deleted himself and not during a struggle he shot himself across the outside of his leg.

The judge worded it correctly,in some places in USA and elsewhere a minimum sentence of 30 years can see you out in 20,by adding no chance of parole the judge has ensured that 30 years will be served.Confusing but correct as no early release is possible by appeal or otherwise.

what I felt like stood out to me, was how during the case I felt like she was just thinking "well but (the victim) is dead forever, I'm still here" ,, and thinking about how the murder did work. Like, exactly how much hate did she have for the victim to still be celebrating that at least she was dead? that's crazy to me. I mean I could be wrong but I just felt like that was on her mind.

You left out the part where he had them for 5 years while she was in the military and then she showed up after abandoning her kid and the court gave the kid to her the police even had to reassure the little girl that was her mom and then the custody battle started and this action is personal to me because I am fighting for my kids after being in the military and I as a father am on supervised visits because she claimed I would take them and run a honorable veteran that didn’t get to see his kids for 2 years due to her running with the kids and the judge said in my case it would be child abuse to take the kids from the mother they know and just give them to the father they don’t know that’s the difference in being a father and a mother

Yeah that's jacked up. Sorry to hear about what you're going through. Sounds like you've got a bitch of an ex. Keep fighting the good fight, you'll get your kids back and I bet that snake will slip up.
