Congratulations for Clearing your ISSB , Normally it takes 20 to 30 Days for the Final Medical depending upon which CMH

Sir, I would like to repeat my question that I have already passed my ISSB and also Cleared my Final Medical Examination Held at CMB PAF Hospital Lahore, two weeks ago...! Now I just wanted to know the Final Selection procedure or What is the Criteria of Final Merit list on basis of which u get your joining instructions...! Does your ISSB matters or your physical standard and Academic performance is taken into consideration ( I am asking this for CAE course in particular )...? Or the entire process from the beginning including your initial tests and interview and then your performance in ISSB and then your physical standard and Academics all are reviewed and you get your final call...! I am very curious to know...! Plz guide if u have any knowledge to share in this Regard...!
