@@zbaitl I died with my +rel def% armor, so it's a +2 def armor (can also just use t15 or CC), and rel def on the ring. Keep in mind There's also +5 def from crucible rn and +5 from exalts available. At 117 def + armored you get hit for the minimum of 19.5 during jumps. At 110 def + armored you get hit for 30, but the sheild proc will heal 10 per hit, aggregate 20 dmg If someone brought scepter of rust to weaken the boss then 105 def + armored you'll take 17 dmg per hit 95 def + armored you'll take 30 dmg per hit, which should hit the sheilds healing proc and aggregate 20 dmg. Granted I haven't thoroughly tested all of these yet and sometimes the game behaves in unpredictable ways, I'm currently using a 108 def set to "solo" tank, since I'm not relying on weaken / cower sheild / def consumables. Granted heals still go a long way in keeping you in if you miss time anything. It's quite dangerous if you don't get close enough to him, as if you're more than a tile away, instead of jumping up and down, he will try to jump onto you.

I did too until I started testing! For normal jumps he will jump next to you if you're close enough to him, predictive jumps get confused if you're not moving and will just jump beneath you. And big and up are always big and up :)
