how do you even begin to train for this kind of movement, where'd you start, any movement tech you liked and just practiced it until you reliably could pull it off most of the time, then move to the next one?

I'm currently on 15 hours played on apex, i saw this guy and a few others and was inspired to learn it all. I started on Mantle jumps, zip super jumps, tap strafes and normal zip jumps with a shotgun blast in between like they all fight on the zips. (most of this is basic stuff and even the mantle jumps wasn't too difficult once I just sat and practised in the training range following this guys guide.) I can get to step 7-9 on the mantle jump map he made on R5 Reloaded and can semi consistently land mantle jumps. I just play dm/conquest/gun game and go for mantle jumps alot and just started practising tap strafes into wall bounces going for them constantly. I'm gonna start on fatigue wall bounces and those door wall bounces once i have normal wall bounces pretty consistent. Will begin practising super glides once my new keyboard arrives in a few weeks then eventually lurches.
