Sounds like the game is about collective psychosis and the other characters sharing Senua's psychosis sees her as an oracle or prophet.

Maybe after the last one she's now suffering illusions of grandeur? Ugh. This snuck up on me. Didn't know it was a thing until litterally last week. I loved the first one for what it did. I let myself get excited for this. We'll see I guess.

I liked the holding the left stick for 40 mins part and the 3rd act where you light torches for an hour.

Well I completed the 1st game and now the 2nd and 2 b fair it aint half bad as many portray it. The issue is US the players we ve got so many games like Alan Wake, Control, etc etc 2 play nowadays that we ve got 2 much in our heads. From a graphics point f view this is probably neck to neck with Alan Wake 2 while running smoother than Alan Wake 2 with ma 4070 Ti. True its story and puzzles are not that convincing but its no way an abomination like majority of reviews tell it is. It challenger me once every hour of its story line Despite the negativity on YT reviewers I ll give the Hellblade 2 a 7/10. Many say Sony games are better yep they are, and I do admit that Xbox and Microsoft needs to gain some ground fast. Hellblade 2 sid not help with that anyway, it just is keeping pace with Sony

He pretty much said I wish god of war looked this good visually and gave the game he was actually playing a negative review because it’s not titled god of war lmfao. That’s bias as all hell, just saying the quiet part out loud like that.

@@MentokTheMindTakeryea I dont really like sony games too much cause they all follow a formula, but this game just seems like you press a button once and a while while things happen. Xbox needs to manage better, starfield has been their only moderate success financially. Call of Duty is definitely gonna be doing heavy lifting for them next year. And hopefully they spit out some good stuff after but i’d be surprised at this point

I can hear the hate in your voice mate. As a kid I used to buy the magazine called PCGamer....shame that your brand is in the mud for a long time and no1 really cares what you have to say. I watched this because I am interested in this game so I watch almost every review for this game. When I saw PCGamer I thought....so they are still around hmmmmmmm. Well optinions are opinions I guess.

wouldnt say its out of touch... the game is disappointing. There were parts I absolutely loved, and no one can say it doesnt look amazing. But he was pretty spot on with a lot of his points. Hellblade 1 was a much better package. I felt exactly the same as he did throughout pretty much all of this game. For one, I just assumed all the character were "crazy" and sorta recognised it in Senua... calling her a "seer" but it doesnt rly explain how they all experience the same thing.. I mean, mass psychosis is a real thing but... ehhh.. It almost felt rushed... or, like he said, they really didn't know where to take the story. Near the start of the game you keep hearing "does she remember why she's doing this?" and i kept thinking to myself as i played... "why IS she doing this??" combat was nerfed vs 1 (no more combos, knee/kicks, multiple foes at once) no more actual boss fights /w unique mechanics In HB1 every new stage introduced some new mechaninc or gimmick... (a stealth section in a swamp that leads into that burning building boss.. playing 100% by ear in complete darkness, when you have to listen to the river in the cave, and the only light you get are VERY subtle lil green, glowing, mushrooms that are near the river.. a boss you had to listen for directionally to counter his attacks.. another that chased you Mr X/Nemesis style through an area you had to avoid.) Not to mention the "permadeth" and that 1 fn plank when the screen goes 0 point black as your trying to balance across it... (where i always die like 3-4X) You even get a better weapon around 75% into HB1 Valravn teaches you how to parry/return projectiles Ifrit, how to use the mirror to slow time and break his fire shield im sure theres more im forgetting.. (the ending was 100X better in the 1st game)

This review summed up: I wish god of war looked this realistic but it’s not god of war, so it’s unessential. Saved you 6 minutes of nonsense biased rambling.

@@GoldLBS at the very beginning of god of war ragnarok I’m able to easily crash through obstacles and jump over things with a sled, for the entire rest of the game it forgets I was able to do that because it wants me to walk or crouch through a specific path to a hidden loading screen. These people have selective memory for pure bias. They’d rather play PS4 ports.

I do wish GoW would take a more serious and gritty tone.. The Sony "family plan" has been getting long in the tooth for a minute now... there were parts in this that brought back a wow factor (that intense scale + amazing visuals) I haven't felt since the old GoW's on PS2 and 3.
