A new witness is expected to take the stand when the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial resumes in the high court in Pretoria on Tuesday. Yesterday the court heard that accused number 2 Bongani Ntanzi was electrocuted and suffocated into alleged confession. His lawyer, Advocate Thulani Mngomezulu told the court that Ntanzi was assaulted multiple times, and coerced into signing the statement. Ntanzi and four others are currently on trial for the 2014 murder of the soccer star. A trial within a trial is being held to determine the admissibility of Ntanzi's two alleged confessions and accused number 1, Muzi Sibiya's alleged confession and pointing out.

I applaud Advocate Mngomezulu and Advocate Moshololo for exceptional job. Don't be intimidated by the witnesses who have been coached because even the judge mimicked the answers witnesses gives. The state can bring thousands witnesses but all the evidence proves more and more that the accused for this case (Meyiwa murder) they are framed period! And as long as they were not able to put the accused in the place of murder, they got nothing! Keep your head's high my leaders.

I remember Minister of the Police once confirmed that suspect no5 is currently serving multiple life sentences in connection of taxi killings (hitman) now as you look this case all suspects are innocent even no Finger prints or DNA of them was found in the crime scene.they are arrested bcz of their previous cases or known to be familiar of this specific crime. As for Ntanzi they arrested him bcz he knows accused no 1 very well & they believe accused 1 cannot do or commit anything without suspect 2 being present bcz they know each other, thats he was toured to agree that he knows something about the murder. Thats how I read & understand the case up to so far

Most of us who've been arrested before know that we've never heard of such rights when you're being detained at CIC . Even when they come to your house ekasi, they just enter and do as they please without informing you in right way what do they want. Most Police officials in SA are corrupt, and many people know this and have experienced it at first hand.

I've noticed that most of these witnesses, when giving evidence, it almost always covers questions that were asked to the witnesses prior. Such as this Buthelezi testimony covering the reading of rights and other procedures extensively.

These police officers knew what they were doing during interrogation of the suspects for sure. from the evidence presented in court, all the suspect are innocent because they arrested on the basis of being jail-birds and not the murderers of Senzo. It seems they are always on the opposite site of the law, but they didn't commit this crime.

When SOPs are being tested against an irregularities, it's like a coin tossed in the air. Any side that falls down ends the game with a loose. Either the accused have to prove something or the state has to prove something too. Also when a book is torn, you rearrange the pages looking for a page with the author, the title or a summary on the back page so that you quickly know what the book is about. The death of Senzo is now mysteriously covered in a net mysteries.

From the today's court proceedings, I'm tempted to believe that the Judge is on state side, today's judge being in a role of prosecutor, not merely enters fray but more of strengthening state case for this trial within the trial to be admissible. RATHA is full filling his mission and order of those recalled him from retirement. I mean what was the reason for recalling him whilst the country had enough Judges capable as could have been allocated for this case

Kazi wake wadedelwa yini uNtanzi khona okwempela kulawo ma alleged drug charges. Kungenzeka ukuthi babegudla naye kusukela kolowo 13:30 when he was said to have been released, then kept him somewhere only to bring him back with a new charge at midnight. I suspect they detained him for 3 different cases(drugs, illegal gun & ammunition and a certain Ngongoma murder case) in order to prolong the time they had with him while forcing him to accept the already prepared alleged confession.

I personally, based on today's proceedings, fair transparent trial is, on this matter, just a lip service, as per formality. The judge enters and partake state defense casu, the poor innocent guys are on the path to the altar, they are to be sacrifed on public for the sake of the Senzo Meyiwa death. I hear what you are saying, but it’s a court of law. The balance of evidence is evaluated to reach a conclusion. To simply say he must use common logic is not enough. If we were to go that route, then no confessions would should be admitted in a court case as everyone would just say I was tortured.

Can a person been detained more than 48 hrs without going to court? Can you been arrested for bullets and ended up charge for killing of Senzo but on the same case number? Can a person been been kept in a holding cells but taken out to an unknown place for more than 36hrs? What is our SA rights to the accused personnel? Can be someone been in custody for different cases but same case number if so when the other case been added in his/her charge cheets? I'm not hatting Kelly but I would like to here her side of the story same as Zandi did
