Two days now, Baloyi keeps on says docs r on disc, emails blocked etc kuningi. Simple, that thing never opened, print for them. It's strange that a bank does not have 2014 records, unbelievable!!. Judge also interpretes differently, evidence from witnesses e.g. DNA. He jumps and acts as a Prosecutor. He shouts at defense, this is not how profs should work. Accused was kept on road 38hrs, no rest, thrown in cells for two hours and he woke up to confess freely, voluntarily, in sober minds. This Accused was taken straight from his house resting with girlfriend. Yhoo this is a painful comedy. Kuningi!!!

I agree with you.its easy to blame Mr.Baloy. the defense are never prepared running up and down to get information from the clients and everyday they want new documents. Strange that some of them get the documents and some not like Mnisi 2 weeks ago.

They supposed to have the section 205 ready long time ago .this is not supposed to be an issue consider that they concluded their investigation and they locked 5 accused. So it means they cooked everything and section 205 it takes long for them to edit it allegedly 😢
