There were no trial proceedings this past week, but we've put together
a recap on some of the evidence previously led in court.
Our focus is on cellphone links between the accused and singer Kelly Khumalo.
Khumalo is not on trial but her name has now become central to the
criminal case against the five men accused of murdering the father of
her daughter.

@@NthatiMotsabi if you know your country well. You will know the arms of your state, Judiciary being the arm on its own, and whenever judges are selected there is a committee called JSC. This committee is made up of political parties in terms of the constitution of SA. Secondly the people tht are arrested for killing Senzo, are given an opportunity to defend themselves bt me I listen to tht proceedings placing a doubt on those one tht are there. Cz those guys are dangerous and they were not arrested by mistake. Did you saw tht other one tht was making those gestures.

Those that were in the house are lucky suspects that are being given chance to protect themselves as witnesses in court failure to do that then they will be prosecuted while accused in dock never given that chance Indeed were are not equal before the law

Let's wait for the time when the accused will take the stand...and I am sure they will have a lot to say...unlike the people who were in the house, who are reading prefabricated scripts and distorting the chain of true events
