In the first place, the judge is correct by saying the exoect must read the report and thereafter they will get the papers. They are not suppose to get it cause if that is the case they will be playing with his avoidance..The judge knows his acts clearly.

Before the trial begins there's is disclosure stage. Now what's happening in this court is the first time for many of us. We understand higher courts enjoy the use of discretion as far as the rules are concerned But to what extent can a presiding officer do that. The constitution speaks about the right of the accused person to a fair trial. The truth is securing conviction for a person who didn't commit the crime it's not justice for the deceased and his family.

And told the judge to get off the witness box.
