If Baloyi makes a mistake the judge just smile with him and if it's defense the judge shouts them,how long this nonsensical judge behave in this matter of harassing defense this way without nothing or or defense themselves do something?

This have been happening for a long time now I just wonder why they allow it to happen maybe they want to wait until the ruling and then they can appeal using those grounds that it was an unfair trial

Alot of wrong with this judge evidence is being presented in court before defence can have a look at it first THIS IS VERY WRONG AND BULLYING at its highest level the judge can not keep on doing this.

If you were following the court proceedings yesterday you would understand that he is not bullying the defense team. The defence team asked for the clip to be presented to court as they had claimed that they had it on Advocate Mngomezulu's phone. So why do they want to listen to something they claimed to be in possession of before presenting it to court? That is in a nutshell the background of how the clip had to be presented.

If you were following the court proceedings yesterday you would understand why the judge denied Mnisi's request to first listen to the clip before presenting it to court. He is the one who alleged that the defence team had a clip and they had already listened to it so there were no merrits in his request.

Me too I am confused by the involvement of Gininda because at one stage captain Makhubu wanted to obtain a warning statement from him relating to the docket wherein he's a suspect after stealing statements that were submitted Senzo's relatives . Those statements relates to the phone call that Tumelo Madlala made to inform them Longwe Thwala has shot and killed Senzo. Gininda was quickly transferred to KZN to hide him. Makhubu was subsequently transferred to national investigating team. And Gininda brought back and promoted to the rank of Brigadier. These happened in the face of investigation against him. He was brought in the case despite the fact that there was a conflict of interest.
