In my opinion, SEO is the most reliable tool to grow your practice. And as I mentioned in a recent video, this still applies today, even if you’re launching a teletherapy practice. In this video, I'll show you a tutorial for the first step of SEO for therapists: analyzing other therapists' websites in your niche.

Information about new video series about our role as therapists in advocating for justice for black folks:
In this series, each episode will feature an interview with another therapist, focused on the topic of race and particularly how we can effectively participate in the pursuit of racial justice within our role as therapists. I plan to feature therapists of different backgrounds and races, with a primary inclusion and emphasis on amplifying black voices. I will ask each therapist the same interview questions focused on hearing their story and their input on how we can be advocates for black folks.
To make this happen, I need help in two ways:
1) What questions would you like me to include in the interview? Some examples I'm thinking about are in the realm of: "Tell us how your racial identity has influenced your life," "What are some of the race-related issues therapists can play a direct role in shifting towards justice?" "How can we, as a profession, advocate for the elevation of black lives and black voices?" These are just loose thoughts, I'm sure your suggestions will be far better. Leave a comment and let me know your ideas!
2) I need volunteers! We will interview remotely and record the video of the interview to be edited and posted to this KZfaq channel. If you or someone you know might be interested in participating or learning more, feel free to email me: Marie@privatepracticeskills.com
I think this series would be most impactful if it could include a sprinkling of interviews with people of various racial backgrounds, in addition to black folks.
