Omg your swedish?? I am too and ive wanted to live in korea for 4 years but then life came in the way and it seemes impossibe. Now im actually considering it again cause of the nice layouts/affordable prices compared to other countries and the korean music and culture will always be with me. I love seeing someone from my country doing things like this. And your apartment is soo beautiful. I wish i can have an apartment like this someday, wether it will be in korea or not.

Yes I'm swedish!!🫶🏻 and also, nothing is impossible! It can be a difficult to move to another country depending on ones life situation but I hope you can find a way to maybe come here and maybe live for a short period of time at least💕 I believe in you!

Also im very curious, What are you doing there? Are you studying or working maybe? Ive been thinkinf about studying there for a long time but i dont really know if i should take a language course or study something else😅Im too indecisive

Can you recommend your realtor? I’m looking for one thats foreigner friendly and reliable ☺️ How do you ensure you’ll get your deposit back and the realtor is reliable as someone who doesn’t speak Korean? thank you ☺️

as I said in the video, I used Ziptoss real estate agency since they have english services and are government approved! and with the deposit, it's in the contract that I will get it back when I move out and if you have gone through a legit realtor agency it >usually< isn't a problem with getting it back. also unfortunately it will always be easier if you have a korean person or friend to help you even if the realtor agency speaks english 🥲
