I lived in Seoul for years and I too experience anxiety. I think it can feel overwhelming living in a new country that’s drastically different from what you’re used to. For me, was a sense of loneliness coupled with always feeling “seen” all the time. But in reality no one actually cares haha. Idk what your root of your anxiety is, so I pray it’s something you overcome. ❤
