The age rule in this tournament is that 2 front players must be 55+ and the rear players must be 60+. For questions, Is the ball hard? Does it hurt when hit? .... YES.. Veryyyyyyy.. 😅😅 Especially when the ball hits areas with thin and not strong muscles such as the face area, but well-trained players knows how to avoid those weak spots.

It was a basic skill that was born out of hard training at a young age. It is the memory of the muscles and the brain to remember how to survive kicking and landing safely with proper training.

The is HARD!!! my friend. How could I compare. It's made of woven plastic string. The strand is about 5mm thick and made into 9-12 strands bands. Then woven into a ball which has considerable weight and hardness and you can see that some player has cloth band on their head
