I am so late to watch this video, but here I am and I so much enjoyed watching this 😍😍😍 love your fountain pens and inks🤍 My fav fp and ink combo at the moment is Pilot vanishing point+ de Atramentis black archive ink and TWSBI Diamond 580 RG II + FWP Beaver Dam Brown✒️✒️✒️

Great video, thank you for sharing. My favorite pen and ink combo right now is my Visconti Arizona Sunset in medium with Dominant Industry x Wonder Pens Ginger Chicken.

Some beautiful combinations! My current favorite is Diamine Oxblood in a Benu Talisman Venus Hair - so rich!

Ooooh I LOVE Venus Hair! I'm trying to talk myself out of buying a Benu, but they're so gorgeous! What nib size would you recommend??

Loved seeing your custom ink mixes. This year any pen I have put Sailor Manyo Nadeshiko in, I have loved. I have forced myself to not pick that ink when picking which inks to put in my pens. But I love that colour, doesn't matter what size nib I put it in.

I'm so jealous your honey got that Hachimonjiya Sailor for you!!! She's so pretty! Sailor 21k (Pro Gear and King of Pens) nibs that are Medium and broader tend to be super wet, so they make wider lines than we expect! I feel you on that, because I love my Sailor MFs and when I tried out the Medium and Broads - I was so shocked they didn't have a smooth width transition and wrote super wet! OMG That squeakiness....hmm...so strange. I wonder if that nib is too smooth or something. My Pilot VP Stub nib did some "singing" too. (Nib Singing = squeaking) And I hate it!! Wow, totally fan-girling over here; I just watched your SF Pen Show video!! Love your videos, Lao! And that's a great suggestion--maybe the nib is TOO smooth! I never thought about that. I'll definitely check out Goulet's video, because I cannot take it!!! Lol!

@@adhdoneplans Thank you, Kim! I hope you enjoy my videos and upcoming ones!! ^_^ I hope to one day own the Hachimonjiya Sailor in my collection, too, haha! I am waiting on the tea time #3 Sailor pens to arrive in my collection and share it in a video!! :D So excited! You can probably get your Hachimonjiya grounded to a cursive italic medium or just tuned a bit so it isn't so smooth. I'm having my Sailor Broad ground into a Journaler nib and asked the nibmeister to ensure it has a sailor feedback (because that Broad had ABSOLUTELY no sailor feedback, whatsoever! XD)
