The band that really got me into extreme metal 22 plus years ago. I love everything from Sepultura. I still need Machine Messiah. I've been really impressed with them lately and also Cavalera Conspiracy and Soulfly.

I could not agree more. Andreas has shown that we need to think that Max may have held the band back a bit music and song writing wise. They've been pushing the envelope for the past 22 years now and Max is still doing Roots type of stuff... Yes calevera conspiracy is a bit heavier but still in the same genre. 🤔

Looking forward to the new album with much anticipation and excitement as well as catching the tour in the states. Sepultura has always been a huge inspiration for me in metal. Outside of Metallica, Sepultura was the other band that made me fall in love with metal music and aspire to learn/play guitar. Hails!

My God, this is truly a masterpiece! I've listened just three songs and all of them blowed my mind! They mixed really well the agressive side and the melodic side. And the way Andreas is playing is nearly to perfection! Amazing! I'll buy it, for sure!

"Amizade, esforço e vitória", esses são elementos usados para criar bons mangás shounen, parece que também servem para criar bons álbuns de metal. Quadra nem foi lançado ainda, mas já o considero uma obra prima.

He stopped aging around 96 and I'm glad for him ! Saw him in Morocco in 2010 and this is 2020 yet he's the same one ! At one point I used think Dave Mustaine was immortal as he barely changed but Andreas is on a higher class

Totally agree with Daniel. I think it was with MM they really proved themselves after years of good but not great albums. But there’s certainly some bangers on Kairos too (“Relentless”, “Mask”)

Foda! Puta album! Sepultura, as always unchaining from paradigms, thinking out the box, staying out of the comfort zone and doing a great work again. Better and better. Eloy and Jens both brought an important freshness and improvement to the band, extracting the best from Andreas and Derrick.

O que diferencia o Andreas de outros guitarristas de metal ? Na minha opinião pensar na música antes da guitarra. Isso é quase único nessa geração de guitarristas que acham q tocar bem é tocar a maior quantidade de notas possível com as duas mãos no braço da guitarra.

@@PGMPARAGUAI concordo plenamente. Ele realmente elevou o nível do que estavam, antes dele entrar e após Igor sair. Ele apesar de ser muito técnico tem muita variedade rítmica e não imprime apenas técnica em suas criações e interpretações. Gosto dele tocando. Mas eu não acho que ele anule toda criação de Igor, que é inferior tecnicamente. Muita galera defende esse revanchismo desnecessário.

Just picked it up and Quadra is completely punishing but also a beautiful record that only Sepultura could have done. Eloy has taken this band to a new dimension.!!! Max and Igor need to check it out!!!

Wow, never heard this song before. His music growing alot! I always like Andreas Kisser, but never expect him to get to this level, I thought he can only shred pentatonics and diminished with dive bomb and wah wah. It work, and sometimes when musicians exploring more they lost their taste, but this stuff sounds great, still have the same taste but more advanced. Great!
