Quadra is a fantastic album. Eloys drumming is murderous, hands down the best drummer in the world. Saw them live last year and it was beyond belief.

All his peers voted him the best in the world and until you see him live, you have no idea. A monster, a murderous drummer.

@@outrun9951 You raised a valid question showing your point of view, but let me tell you exactly why they didn't do what you suggested yet it's clear they have thought of that possibility.. ''Igor Cavalera was in the band'' and has too with Paulo and Andreas fired Max's wife when childish the frontman turned his back away from Sepultura at the end of 1996. And look carefully, if you and I are brothers and we create a band together and then out of the blue I marry a woman who was occasionally our manager and then she starts treating everyone like shit and while I am her Rockstar, in addition to hiding financially what she was really spending money that belongs to you and two other guys who have been playing with us for years... What would you do man??

@@outrun9951 Hell yeah absolutely(Machine Messiah, QUADRA, even Nation with Igor Cavalera featuring songs like Sepulnation, politricks, Human cause) are good Metal albums, especially QUADRA which is better than any Soulfly records in my opinion and I'm a musician too, I do play slayer massive guitars, bass guitar, acoustic guitar as well! The main thing is.. Max there's nothing to do with Sepultura anymore for almost 30years already. He chose to be with his wife ruling and managing him regardless any project he does or anybody instead and that's not the way to do business at all but for them two only. That's bullshit!

Comecei a ouvir o sepultura em 96 aos 13 anos... Mas, os dois remanescentes da banda o Andreas e o Paulo que nunca fala são como o vinho, envelheceram bem e são inteligenteissímos demais.

Feliz sou eu que sou fanboy de todas as formações. Arrepio de ouvir desde os primeiros álbuns até o último. Hoje, escutando o Against vejo o quão aquele álbum é uma obra prima que foi abafada pela saída do Max. É das coisas mais pesadas e bem feitas já feita no metal
