fyi, in Parallel Launcher you can right click a ROM and click on "Import Project64 save file" to do exactly that. So you wouldn't have had to start from scratch. And no, the blur in my level is not intended, the visuals were broken because you ignored the message that warned you about the fact that the visuals would be broken because you were using a bad emulator.

Another superb review, I appreciate that you always take ample time to review each aspect from presentation to level design to innovations! It would be hard to keep the quality of a huge collaboration like this consistent but, from the sound of it, they did a pretty sturdy job! Also, the Spirit Tracks music during the banana peel sequence has unlocked some truly subterranean memories.

Man, I saw a couple shorts featuring some new oot rom hacks. Then I remembered I had a rom hack guy, and I had a sudden urge to play a good sm64 hack. ❤ Either gonna be this, or Last Impact by Kaze. Still havent played that one much somehow. Both look really good.

I used Project 64 1.6 a bad emulator for the rom hack and managed to get all 80 Stars without changing plugins

I'll never understand why nintendo wouldn't just slap the makers of this with a job offer. Especially other things like the complete remaster that was made.

This was good but overall it feels quite disjointed. They should have focused on remaking Mario 74 or just creating new levels. Also the first half of the game is considerably harder than the second, maybe reordering the levels could have helped. However the secret stars are all very impressive and imaginative, definitely the best part of the game.

Might be an artistic achievement but not a technical achievement if you need to use a specific emulator. I don't make the rules.
