this exhaustion around how divided we’ve all become
how hard many of us have been working
to figure out how to bridge
and not give up on each other . . .
recognizing the emotional labor
that goes into
attempting to bridge, to hold relationships, families, nations together . . .
when we have such widely divergent perspectives.
