Celibidache war imstande, das Niveau jedes mittelmäßigen Orchesters unglaublich zu heben. Das war einfach genial!!

hace muchos años, vi su interpretación en Madrid. La composición de Debussy siempre irá ligada al Maestro Celibidache con mi vida. Gracias por compartirla.

Thank you so much for this video! I have enjoyed it immensely. Celibidache was a fantastic conductor of French music.

You haven't understand one single note. Not very surprising. Celibidache was in a league above and apart any other conductors of XX century. Musicians under his orders knew this very well... Not for the enjoyment of all of them.

@@venturarodriguezvallejo1567 apparently a certain arrogance was a weight Celibidache bore, zen or no zen. a similar weight seems to carry upon you. perhaps you will come to see that your view is not the only correct one.

@@jackdolphy8965 arrogance ?!? the reminder of one`s own mediocrity will easily be fended off as arrogance . so it happens that one`s own arrogance ( namely the indignant rejection to expand one`s knowledge ) will be projected onto the person who reminds us of our own subalternity......................
