I can't believe we've gotten 41 minutes of outtakes from this series - I'm here for all of them (and maybe a Part 4 to come before the series ends?). I thought Nick trying to shuffle away encased in his prison of pool rings was hilarious in the show, but then watching Greg lift him up to save him in the outtakes was even funnier. I think Greg and Nick really need to do some kind of project together.

Greg has been just letting the "joke fart" sit in the air more and more recently, I think he's figured out the way to make Alex rather uncomfortable as well. Alex truly is a weird little troll man, he enjoys telling jokes that are just rancid and terminally unfunny, in order to provoke an actually funny response from a roomful of comedians. Greg has figured out how to make Alex self-conscious about the terribleness: by dragging the bit out for as long as he can, and breaking the fourth wall about how the bit sucks intentionally.

The turnaround on my opinion of Nick has been amazing, Mr. Swallow just isn’t for me, but the man behind it definitely is. Always knew I’d love JR on here and Joanne has been an unknown delight to me.

Yeah, I don't like Mr Swallow either but Nick himself is great and he's a decent actor. John Robins is great. I've seen Joanne on something before but can't recall what it was. It wasn't as a stand up, so maybe one of Richard Herring's filmed podcasts or some other talking type show.

@@chug-chug-pickles I haven't watched Intelligence either but I did catch up with Ted Lasso earlier this year. I wasn't interested in it because it's about football (which I couldn't care less about) but my brother got it so I borrowed his. It was absolutely brilliant, not just because it was funny, it had some really intelligent moments too and even managed to pull at the heart strings. It got the mix of humour and serious just right, the football aspect fell into the background. I think I'll go looking for Intelligence now, while it's on my mind. I also agree that it brings out the contestants personalities. I can't stand Tim Vine as a comedian/actor, I think he's really unfunny. Yet on Taskmaster he quickly won me over and became one of my favourites.

Really needed this. My boss decided literally doing his job was "micromanaging" so he yelled at me (and ultimately everyone else who didn't jump in and do his job for him) for him getting behind. I get to spend time with my people (you guys) and laugh at Taskmaster.
