Without a shadow of a doubt you know what my dad used to tell me back in the 90s when he was a police officer for the housing authority they would sit up and listen to rap music sometimes when they were off-duty I would be at my dad's house sometimes when he was off and he'll be sitting up at the house listening to NWA ice cube and I would be like Dad why are you listening to that rap music like he said that the captain instructor for them to listen to this music so that way they can listen to what the codes of what they're saying in these rap songs and they know how to deal whit these gangs better while dealing with them on the streets
