Sir I found point number 5 completely relatable in my case... I often waste my time in the daytime because of some distractions and when the day gets over I always regret my decisions that I made in the day.. As a result I try to complete my daily tasks at night and I end up limiting my sleep time and ruining my sleep schedule due to which I always feel sleepy during the daytime, resulting in my downfall of my marks in mock tests 🙂 I'm tired of this cycle still I can't resist myself... I don't know why but I always end up getting in the same cycle even though I try my best to study harder and focus harder with full concentration but I'm unable to do it🙂 Please sir comment on this issue of mine... My preparation is literally in danger, I'm currently in 11th class and I've not completed any chapter in detail..............
