@@rods5569 agreed. I do wish the truth was more often communicated in a respectful and considerate manner. Or, in Biblical terms, "speaking the truth in love" (Ephesians 4:15). Although referring to the Gospel and not to political or historical truths, we are told over and over again in scripture to boldly tell the truth, to never accept manipulations or falsehood, but also to act in a loving way toward others at all times. This principle applies equally to all truth, in that you will always be more effective communicating a truthful message when you do so respectfully.

@@waltroskoh8650 that doesn't really defeat her message. Also, serfdom existed in African tribes too. It is obvious that slavery became a race thing in european or white countries as they primarily got their slaves from Africa. Slavery was always class-based in origin, though. Slavery still exists today, no one of any race is blameless for it and the more we play the blame game the more we divide people and perpetuate racial hatred.

That is how things work, and there are just some people that worked their ass off harder than others and then you have people that literally will just sit around and be like well. I feel like I should just get it handed to me, and that’s not just African-American people that’s white people, Asian people in every culture every origin of people there are people that just feel like yeah but I don’t wanna work my ass off. I should just get it handed to me because look at this person over here, this Caucasian person, they got it handed to them but you don’t even know what they did to get where they are. You don’t know how hard they had to work their ass off because you don’t even work your ass off to get where you’re wanting to go and it’s really sad because every African-American and every person in America in general realized that they are not really African-American they are Americans and they just joined up with us and realized that it’s not about the color of your skin. It’s not about any of that it’s about making America great a place where we don’t have people pushing fake news just to try to tear down a group of people, then we could all rise up and do good things in America would be great and we could get rid of all of these politicians and people that claim every single time election season comes around over we’re gonna do this this and this for the black community and those Democrats that Sadie things never do a thing for your communities and then you have the Republicans who let’s keep it 100 Trump said he was gonna do stuff and help black communities and guess what he did exactly what he said he was gonna do and he helped black communities and he gave to black colleges, he helped black Americans get jobs in their neighborhoods again and then you have Joe Biden who said oh yeah I’m gonna do all this for the black community and guess what he did nothing for the black community and nobody around him has done anything for the black community not one thing have they done but spew out false hope so you have to think why do I keep putting people in office that just keep lying to me maybe I should change my view and switch parties because clearly the one that I am a die hard rider for is it actually doing anything for me but then you guys continue to vote those dumbasses in office, knowing they’re not gonna do nothing they always say the same shit they are race hustlers also and every time election season comes around they hustle the black community and they start saying all these things that they’re gonna do within the community and then you guys go well maybe this time is gonna be different but last time it wasn’t different, so why are they actually gonna follow through this time because it give me the same person and they will start saying things and you guys are like maybe it’s gonna be different this time it wasn’t within the last time it’s not gonna be different this time they’re just saying these things as a way to use the black community to get votes that’s it so I really do feel sorry for you. Regarding the selling of black slaves by black people, it is important to consider that one of the main misconceptions is that "black Africans" were a thing... Sub-Saharan Africa was a melting pot of hundreds, if not thousands, of different tribes, often at war with each other. They didn't have a common " black" identity. They identified as a member of their particular tribe and the rest where the others. To be conquered, or feared, or avoided... Or enslaved.

He says in all their videos they don't really know much about politics, but that if you're black you're Democrats. That's exactly the problem. Most of the people, and especially black people don't know enough, but are told to vote a certain way because that's what resonates with the color of their skin. This is what the DemocRAT party aims to do. They don't want educated or informed people because they know they would never vote for their party. I'm glad that these two sit down and watch these videos so they can no longer say they're ignorant of the truth. More people need to take accountability and educate themselves with history, because if you know history you'll never vote for the party that hates you.

It is very true democrats DO NOT WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW THE TRUE HISTORY OF THE DEMOCRAT PARTY. Otherwise fewer people - ESPECIALLY Black Americans would NOT be democrats. It WAS the democrat party that founded the KKK. The first Black Elected Legislators were Republicans, supported by Republicans (they would never have been elected without a certain number of white people's votes). It was White People who led the war to free Black Americans from slavery. President L.B. Johnson was a vile racist who participated in the assassination of our beloved President John F. Kennedy. Johnson tricked Black Americans by re-enslaving them with his planned welfare trap. He pretended to be their "friend" with handouts, making them feel beholden to the democrat party, knowing full well what he was doing. Then we had generations of Black Americans whose broken, fatherless families grew up thinking the government owes them something, having been robbed of their true American spirit of entrepreneurship, encouraged to NOT pursue higher education or have robust careers... no, just sit back and get high and wait for that government check; figure out how to make some cash on the sly so the government won't know about it and won't cut their welfare check. It was an insidious miscarriage of justice against Black Americans started by LBJ, and some reason many Black Americans believe the dem narrative and continue to vote for the dems who are destroying this country. Having said all this, I also want to say I have a number of black friends who are family people, who have college degrees and good careers, who own their own successful businesses. I have a black God-Daughter. I had a Black Flower Girl at my wedding in 1997. My district congressman today is a Black Man who I voted for and who makes me PROUD. I'm NOT saying ALL Black people this or ALL white people that... Just saying Black Americans were treated BADLY by white democrats just to trick them and get their vote... and now Black Americans are WAKING UP to the TRUTH, Thank God!

I think the reason why she skipped to 1833 is the fact that it was the first official country or law that abolished slavery. It is really weird to think that it took that long for someone to think that it was wrong to own a human. But, that was around the time the industrial revolution was starting and the need for free labor was significantly decreased. That didn't stop child labor, sharecropping or other forms of defacto servitude but it did stop the ownership of another person.

@@user-ut1en2lt8l When was American a supposedly "free country"? America, just like any other country throughout history, had a system based on hierarchy. And you have to remember that the United states, started out as a colony for Britain. So the Europeans living in the British Colony of America, were subservient to Britain itself, and then you just go on down the line from there. The Trans Atlantic Slave Trade, on the Americas side, was a form of cheap labor for raw materials to be harvested for European colonial powers such as Britain, France, Spain, and Portugal. And when the United States gained it's independence from Britain, the slave labor force remained in place. Slavery has happened on this planet since the beginning of mankind on this planet. Africans have enslaved Africans. Europeans have enslaved Europeans. Native Americans have enslaved Native Americans. Arabs have enslaved Arabs. Asians have enslaved Asians. There's nothing unique about it anywhere. The only aspect that was different in the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade was: It was the first time in history, that a mass number of peoples were moved across the oceans, from one continent to other continents.

This is true. It’s not taught because in American education, it’s only taught that African Americans were owned by White Americans and that’s the extent of the education provided. The reality is that the slaves that were brought to the western world would’ve been enslaved even in Africa. The issue of slavery itself, has nothing to do with race because slaves were commonly enslave by their own races. However there is a racial component when it comes to American slavery because the majority (though NOT ALL) of slave owners were White. I can appreciate your open mindedness and willingness to learn more about things. The education system in the US is literally steered towards standardized test scores and often doesn’t have the capability to cover a more broad range of topics to cover because of those test scores that is required to pass a student.
