I dont think ive ever laughed this much in a SC2 match. I think Hero has played Dark so much he just got too used to Dark's crazy shenanigans. So coming up against a strategic player like Serral, i think he just finds its a whole different ballgame and lost his nerve lmao

Interesting that Serral named Reynor as his toughest opponent for IEM, as Clem won their last two encounters pretty dominantly and convincingly.

It takes time to adjust to changes from the patches. Zerg has had nerfs over the last several patches, and are still winning tournaments. It's difficult to adjust to less effective units. The number of wins for protoss is low, and has been for years. A protoss buff is needed. Maybe replace or change the units that are rarely used. Phoenix, mother ship, tempest...

Mirror matches, for zerg, are usually chaotic. One misstep, and it's gg. When the mirror is against the fastest in the world, its a tough match .

@@jefferyharper5720 True with the mirror match up... And I know that Serral won 4 out of 6 matches post patch vs Clem, but still, those last two wins of Clem seemed very strong.

@marcelbenner993 clem is strong. With a new patch comes new strats and counters to those strats. Serral did poorly early, but is strong again. Clem got off to a better start, and is still going strong. I've wanted to see raven/cyclone for a while, and clem pulled it off. Counters were discovered, and the build fell off. I'm too old for games now, but my experience (wisdom) still exists, and I've been a gamer since I got dungeons and dragons on my ti 99/4a computer....

My MMR in US dollars is my hourly rate and then I multiply it by the value of the advice to someone at Serral’s level (0) and that’s how I calculate my fee.

Pre-game prediction: GOAT wins vs. sloppy protoss nonsense. Maybe not 5-0, herO will probably do some tricky nonsense to get a map or two, but I predict a fairly dominant performance by Serral. And after watching France getting a dumb and illegitimate win vs. Denmark a few minutes ago, having the team/guy I root for win will be nice.

Can't tell if hero tried to play defensive or offensive. Lack of a plan in key moments costed him a chance of winning. Yes it's just a chance, converting it to victory is a whole different thing, but you need a chance to start with. Can't tell if he tried to play defensive or offensive.

hero was just too scared and too passive. he is very good in dynamic situations, but if the game is slow, hes out of his element. he should have played very agressive macro builts and leaned into Serral as much as possible. Hero never wins in passive games

Bcoz Zerg so OP at all Massive armies and fast OP armor hard to kill Flyers so much damage and can attack air to land burrowed units and can attack easily Massive bomb can destroy a base with 8 bombs Have annoyed lurker fungal etc etc While the ship of Terran if they can hit air they can't attack land and so slow to fly The damage of ship so low The tank so easily to destroy The marine easy to kill even in full upgrades Thor cant stand with 4 banelings So Balance
