@@jaredcarter1165 totally, but you’ll know if that’s true on the Sersi lane, so if it is, you can take the gamble, or Abs and GM the same lane

I think in the current meta Sersi will be very competitive because she's one of the best counters to junk decks. And while she can miss with her transformations I think the pros outweight the cons. You can use her in junk decks alongside Debrii, Hood and Sentry or some on reveal deck since you can transform cards such as Jubilee, Ironheart, White Tiger etc. And with Ravonna discounting your 1 and lower power card and Odin doubling down on her transformations you have much bigger chance to make a solid list with her.

Is there a competitive Junk there still out there? Because i only see Proff x + Cannonball, or you could just use a destroy pack to get ride off those stuff cheaper

@@shai310 wait, theres an interaction i don't know how it works If you play prof x first on a widows kiss pat, and your oponent plays sersi in the same pat, would she transform the widows kiss into a 1-cost? Or prof x prevents transformations too?

Prof X prevents transformations - but your 7-Power Sersi will be stuck in the lane which is just good power to combat the Prof X

Came back here to say I was wrong! Sersi does in fact transform cards even under Professor X. The game looks at transformations as if you are just buffing/modifying cards and not switching them out for new ones. Blink could swap out Transformed cards as well because of this.

Now people will slowly realize how good she can be. I was pretty happy to be one of the very few who were excited to get her ever since she was datamined back in April. Yes she has low lows but also very high highs. Thanks for pointing out synergies with token cards and Mockingbird. Ever since the reset, I have been playing Thena, with Sersi I can incorporate her to my once beloved straight up junk. I am excited to try Ramp as we will have an alternative to Blink. It can counter Junk Cannonball in a way because you won't need to fill all your lanes to have power and you would love to transform their junk, as long as your lane is not filled. She will be a best friend to throw away on reveal cards because you already used their skills and now you have the potential to have higher powered cards. If she gets played a lot then those who skipped her would ask "replacement for Sersi?" Sure she is not a needed card but she is versatile if you mainly use on reveals. Just don't use her on turn 6 because of the random total power.

The only consistent deck shell be in is sentry considering there are no damaging 5 cost card for the void and it will make sentry deck very consistent if u dont draw annihius

Don't feel bad about it! Definitely prioritize the cards/spotlight weeks you desire the most. Even if Sersi is pretty strong, there are plenty of pretty strong cards out there to play🙂

It will not - Death costs 2 more than 6-Cost cards so it just won't transform 6-Cost cards until Arishem is released.

Any 2 cost > Any 3 cost> Wong > Sersi = 4, 5, 5, 6 Cost.(Insane)

You can transform a IronHeart into a decent card and get the +6 tho, or Void in a cost 5, maybe i dont play it on cost 1 because Beast and Carnage, but im using it 100% in costs 3-4 and 5, only Destroyer is bad cost 6, and Knull maybe

My guess is Kang is removed from the pool of options to prevent Infinite Loops (Kang repeats RNG so she would transform to Kang over and over every time if he was an option)

All I can think about for Sersi is how many discard and destroy cards are in Snap. Discard and destroy don’t play nice with each other either. How many Modoks and Destroyers are gonna materialize? Hell, how many Sifs and Carnage’s? Sersi is a high roll card with incremental pros and kinda a lot of chances to end your game. Maybe I’m wrong but this feels Howard tier to me.

I think some costs are much more risky than others. Like I can’t name more than 5 5 costs that suck to get from sersi. 3 costs are probably the most dangerous I can think of 15 cards that screw you over like shanna and sword master

@@docty_snap Cards that are a total crap shoot don't get a lot of play in Snap. This isn't purely random because your getting a card that costs one more but that is pretty loaded in this game. There are a ton of cards that either destroy, discard, move, change your hand/deck, change your opponents hand/deck, mess with card placement, card playability, energy, and power. The more cards you hit at once just multiplies the chances of shooting yourself in the foot. Not to mention all the cards that simply won't end up doing much of anything because they need support cards to work. The examples of best uses they have in their video are all better handled by other cards already in the game. I think this card is gonna have a pretty bad win rate.

I don't think Loki has room for a 5-cost that you often trade because of Loki. I would be surprised if it makes Loki better.

Is she going to be meta? Probably not but is definitely the most fun and my most hyped card this season... Saying that the other two cards are really bad and because of that I won't pull for her.

Are you saying Cosmo your own stacked lane or your opponent's stacked lane? -You can't Cosmo your own because then Sersi won't trigger. -You can't consistently Cosmo your opponents because they will usually have 2 or 3 stacked lanes to choose from - also not many top decks run Cosmo at the moment.

@docty_snap the opponent's, you'll notice how his line is filled quickly, so that's where he most likely Sersi you can place Cosmo so he has to keep the cards played and try to fill another line, but it's probably too late for that

That's the only true counter I see for her, that one and maybe the goose but cosmo seems more reliable 🤔
