Yeah those exist and you can buy them. The detailed ones can be quite expensive. Very creepy and uncanny if you ask me. We learned in psychology class that some parents who lost their child use them to help dealing with the grief. It's highly debated if this is a good approach to the subject since grief can become obsession very easily in those cases. Looks like the movie depicts this in a creepy manner. And no the officially designed ones don't have detailed genitals for obvious reasons.

They already spoiled the twist. Well...kinda. We know that the baby isn't "the key". SHE is. _"What if she wakes up? What if she remembers?"_ So yeah...the baby is only a plot device. The twist has to do with the female protagonist and whatever actually happened to her. These movies/miniseries shouldn't use trailers. They're cool to promote the product but they usually cause more harm than good.
